As department manager software you will lead our software department consisting of two teams
with overall around 20 employees. Your engineers will work mainly on modern car multimedia
systems such as Android based multimedia head units and classical car radios.

You will report directly to the head of engineering and you will represent software related topics towards
various internal and external stakeholders. You will define the structure and strategic direction
of the software department, assign roles, responsibilities and tasks and do the resource and
capacity planning for your teams.

Furthermore, you will take care about the competence and
skill development of your employees and you will make sure that the software department
applies appropriate, modern, state-of-the art software engineering processes, methodologies
and tools.

You will be also responsible for selecting and managing 3rd party software component
and software services suppliers.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/
Professional Degree, Master’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication)
or equivalent.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Passionate about producing high-quality software according to automotive standards

• As a software engineer (Senior/Staff/Specialist level) within our multimedia
software team your primary responsibility is to design and develop software
modules for car multimedia products such as modern car infotainment system.
• You will need to collaborate in cross-functional teams in order to come-up with
optimal design decisions.
• As a senior/specialist software engineer you will also be responsible for
coaching junior engineers and to advise management on decisions related to the
software engineering tool environment and software engineering processes and
methodologies.

Requirements:

Job Role Summary:

Under limited supervision, take ownership in assisting, educating and resolving RMA discrepancies for customers.

Use tools and resources to answer questions, assist customers with their RMA requests as well as research customer orders with a goal of providing one-call-resolution.

Work with operational stakeholders to assure service level performance goals are met or exceeded.
Reviews planned activities to identify and advise management on optimizing business processes.

Uses project management best practices to assist with managing project schedule, scope, resources, timeline and risk while strategically optimizing spares inventory.

Requirements:
